The interview consisted of a short screening and then a longer interview. The screening took ~30 minutes, and the interview took ~60 minutes. Both were professional and clear. I got a callback for an interview about 2 weeks after the screening.

meet with people involved with the department, hr. Answer a series of questions about past employment, and current employment ideals. A lot of questions involving having a flexible schedule.
