Very unprofessional from the beginning. I only went through the initial screening but the initial call was setup, the recruiter never called. 15 minutes after the call was to start I sent an email to confirm the call was still happening and then gave her a quick call which went to voicemail. I never received any word from the recruiter. Later that night I figured I would attempt to reschedule as I had the Calenderly link, I setup a call for the next day and again asked for confirmation. I never received any word but the recruiter did call a few minutes after the scheduled time. It was a normal screening and the recruiter said it looked like a good fit to move forward and they would be in touch with the details. I sent a normal follow up email thanking for their time and saying I would look out for their follow up. A follow up was never sent so a few days later I checked in to see if there had been a change in that decision. I never received a response or even an automated email they were moving in. Not showing up for interviews and ghosting like that is not a great look.

The first meeting was the Talent Evaluation, pretty straightforward, in order to align expectations. Afterwards, there would be a Business Evaluation, followed by a Panel Interviews. The final stage would be a Final Feedback.

I interviewed and it honestly ruined my day. She was obviously on speaker phone and was not friendly at all. Way different from her LinkedIn posts. She was overly pompous. She talked way more than I could and repeated info which prohibited my voice. I have literally never encountered HR that was so rude. I told her I couldnt hear her and she told me fine I will just hang up and call again and I told her not to worry about it since I knew it wouldnt fix it and she was so aggressive about it and called me back and it was still the same. She said her ear was against the phone. I wasnt born yesterday. Girl, do a Zoom. She said she does too many interviews to deal with that. I could go into so many details. I literally felt like I was back in high school dealing with a mean girl. I had maybe 2 minutes to talk about my relevant experience and was told other candidates had more concise answers. My advice to you is be nice, humble and if you want to hear more about a candidate...limit your rants. She made me feel like crap.
