It was a 4 step process with a Caliper test. They reached out to me via Linked In. Pretty typical hiring process. Behavioral based questions but also very conversational. I never felt rushed during any interview. As always have your questions ready.

The interview was very brief. The interviewer was late. The process did not take very long in comparison to other companies. They focused a lot on operations ability and less on selling skills. They were somewhat detailed oriented.
