Firstly had a call with HR for an initial screening. Then an online interview was arrange with the direct report. And it was successful and been asked for a final face-to-face interview, which I was asked to prepare a 15mins presentation for a rebranding campaign. Overall process was smooth and interviewers looked satisfactory. And it was also the comments I received after the interview which I had asked for feedback and next steps, HR kept said that it was positive and was in the process of checking with the final decision, and promised me for some dates that I could get feedback. But at the end, I didn't hear anything and they just kept asking me to wait. But asked me to send them the presentation deck. I finally didn't get any proper response from the HR or interviewers to confirm if my interview was success or not. After following up with emails for 2-3 times, while the HR just asked me to wait, I could only move on and look for other opportunities. I didn't feel that I was being appreciated and seemed they just like to steal ideas from interviewees because the presentation that they asked for was based on a real business need.
