There're 3 people intervewer one by one. the first ask the basic knowledge. the second talked about the resume and the last one ask some real problems. The whole process last an hour and had a paper test after. There's some question about SAS, basic knowledge of economics and finance.

First of all, the recruiter came to my university to interview some students. He came late so he skipped my interview. Moreover, I was waiting there until he arrived but he never apologized. He wanted to schedule a call for the next day. He had to email me with the schedule but he forgot. He called me the day after and he scheduled by phone a new phone interview for the next day. He forgot that this day was a holiday, so I was waiting for his call but he never called me. After all of that, I had a phone interview. He wanted to do an in-person interview so I went to Sallie Mae offices. After that interview, they told me that I would receive an answer a week after. I never received any email. It has been so far the worst company that I have ever met.
