The HR/Recruiter reached out and scheduled a time, but on the day of the call, didn't join the call and lied that she was on the call and couldn't see me on Teams. I have screenshots to prove the lying. The next call she seemed so disinterested and was reading from a script. Since then, there has been no next steps and no reply from HR. Absolutely disrespectful process.
You really need people who are good at conducting interviews. It’s important to be personable and just because someone works in HR doesn’t make them personable. The process was so so. Basic boring questions. Disinterested recruiter. Talked about the steps and process. Absolutely nothing unique about the interview process.
