Very organized, transparent and overall a great experience! The recruiter was very helpful in setting next steps and providing information on what to expect so that you can be best prepared. Remember - they are there to help you! The steps were: a recruiter screening, hiring manager interview, mock discovery call and top grade interview.

Q: they really want to know what questions YOU have about the role, company, etc. This is a really good time to show your research, your level of interest & let them know how your mind thinks.
Q: some behavioral style q's
10 minutes in to the interview, they told me they had already hired someone for the position I was interviewing for. They should have communicated that in advance, to save time on both sides.
There was a lot of back and forth and circular paths leading to the end result that was open ended and kept moving with twists and turns throughout the duration.
