just one round interview. the interviewer is not professional, postponed the interview twice just 5 mins before the scheduled time. poor english, noisy background. asking very silly questions. in the end, i have to decline the offer.
The interview process was straightforward and well-organized. It began with an initial screening round, followed by a preliminary interview where I discussed my background, HR knowledge, and relevant skills.The questions were a mix of behavioral and technical HR-related topics, and the interviewers were professional, supportive, and clear about their expectations.
