Had a screening with the Project Manager the day I applied online for the role. Got invited for an in person interview 2 weeks after. Met with the team. Normal interview questions. Had an assessment where they gave me a construction plan and had me tell them what it is about. Didn't accept the offer as the pay is role with no benefits.
