Me postulé a través de un reclutador. El proceso tomó 1 semana. Acudí a una entrevista en Saksoft (Bengaluru) en mar 2026

      Entrevista

      1. The HR team follows up very frequently before the interview and expects candidates to join at least five minutes early. 2. **First Round (Technical):** This round is conducted by a Tech Lead and includes medium-level technical questions. However, the interviewers tend to focus on pre-defined answers and do not actively listen to the candidate’s responses. 3. **Second Round (Technical):** Similar to the first round, interviewers often do not engage much with the candidate’s answers. The round includes both technical and some behavioral or cultural fit questions. Overall, the experience up to this stage is manageable. 4. Interviews may also be scheduled on weekends (including Saturdays), and HR often calls late at night (around 9–10 PM), likely due to their extended or night shift working hours. 5. **Third Round (Leadership):** Conducted by senior leadership (VP and senior members). The experience is quite negative, as interviewers tend to interrupt frequently, appear dismissive, and are not open to listening. There is a noticeable pattern of bias, possibly due to shared past affiliations. Questions may not align with the candidate’s background, and the interaction can feel discouraging. 6. **HR Confirmation Call:** HR reaches out to confirm the position but may modify the role by adding additional responsibilities (e.g., shifting to an IC role) and may pressure candidates to join immediately (even the next day). 7. **Document Request Before Offer:** HR requests sensitive documents (PF statements, first and last three months’ payslips, Aadhaar, PAN, etc.) even before issuing an official offer letter. 8. **HR Discussion Round:** The discussion can feel rigid, with little to no scope for negotiation. While compensation expectations are repeatedly asked, candidates are not given clarity or allowed to ask questions regarding policies (leave, medical benefits, separation terms, etc.). Even at this stage, confirmation of selection may still be unclear. 9. After all these steps, there may be no clear communication or closure from the company, despite multiple rounds, document submissions, and discussions. --- **Overall Impression:** The process lacks transparency and professionalism, with inconsistent communication, unclear decision-making, and a discouraging interview experience.
