For this position I had a phone interview and an interview at the company. The interviewers were 3. There was a very long presentation about the role, which they sold as very demanding. They spoke harshly about their systems to process the new hires information. They asked my previous salary and insisted on asking me why I wanted a job in Zurich. I was living in a city distant just 2 hours by train and I stressed my motivation to move to Zurich. Apparently having a partner was an issue: they kept on investigating if I was single or not. Finally they tricked me into admitting it: "would your partner follow you here?". I was supposed to have a feedback in 2 weeks. Never heard a thing and to have the interview I spent quite some money. Poor interviewing process and unprofessional people.
