One interview with department manager and direct supervisor. The manager talked basically the whole time and barely let me say anything. Apparently they had decided already based on my CV.
Fatti due colloqui in un unico giorno, insieme ad un test di inglese della durata di mezz’ora. Superato il test ho avuto accesso al colloquio con il manager, che si è limitato a spiegare il lavoro ed il funzionamento dell’azienda.

Colloquio formato da 3 step: una prima scrematura tramite intervista online, un secondo di group assessments e il terzo con HR e manager. Il tutto si è poi concluso con feedback e successiva sottomissione dell'offerta.

My interview was simple and friendly. I met the purchasing manager and the assistants. They introduced themselves and the interview process began with questions about purchasing and supply chain. After that, they gave me an idea about the proposed role and the expected salary.
