After applying, I was called by HR to schedule an in-person interview. I came in the next week, and the interview was about 45 minutes long. It was very extensive, but not difficult. There were scenario questions and "rate your ability" questions, but they also added a few fun questions to gauge personality. The workplace culture was very friendly and welcoming, and there wasn't an unhappy person to be seen. Everyone was very kind, from the security guard at the front door to the woman at the information desk to the interviewer and other HR office workers.
