Started off with a phone interview. Then i was invited on site for an in-person interview. I had four thirty minute sessions with four different employees. Questions ranged from general to technical about material science. Interested in past project experience. Interested in examples of leadership and self-starting. It was helpful on my end to ask questions about the employees experience with the company. They were positive and seemed real. After the interviews we went to lunch at the Cafe'. Overall, the interview was pretty standard.
