Ils ont donné une petite explication sur l'entreprise au début. Il s'agissait principalement de questions sur mon expérience académique et professionnelle, me demandant d'expliquer les choses plus en détail, donc vous devez bien savoir ce que vous avez fait. Ils posaient les questions plusieurs fois s'ils pensaient que la réponse n'était pas assez détaillée.

Ils m'ont demandé où je me voyais dans 5 ans, quelles étaient mes qualités et mes défauts. Aucune question sur les raisons pour lesquelles j'ai choisi Saint-Gobain. Ils ont posé une question pour tester mon anglais sur mon parcours d'apprentissage de l'anglais.

The first round is an online test that has aptitude questions. The second round is a face-to-face interview. The interview contained both technical and HR. They were easy to answer.

Internships are done by a phone screen with the hiring manager. HR requires a few questions to make sure the candidate understanding the nature and rules of the program. The manager then can ask any technical or other questions they want. The interview was 30 minutes.
