Typical interview process with a take-home assignment required. The take-home assignment seemed hastily prepared as it contained grammar errors and rather vague instructions. The hiring manager didn't help either as he wanted to see how candidates would answer these questions without support. Unfortunately the assignment was a huge red flag in itself littered with data issues and really unclear instructions (e.g. provide me this exact solution with very little context). HR was very unresponsive after handing in the assignment. It took nearly 3 weeks for them to decline me. If the assignment is indicative of what the role will be, then I am happy I didn't advance in the interview.
