Interview was simple, asked about experience and tasks related to the job itself. I waited a few days then received onboarding paperwork. They expect atleast a year of experience or they’ll put you through a 5 week driver training program usually out of state. Other than that they have a dock to driver program but both can be difficult to get into it depending on if they really need drivers or not at the time.
