Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 2 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Sagiss (Coppell, TX) en mar 2019

      Entrevista

I got a screening call from the company they use for their HR services. They are a smaller company, so they do not have an in house HR associate. They were basic questions about my background and experience. She then set up a date for me to actually interview with members of the company. The interview was a bit condescending. It was an interview with two people, however, they said usually there is another person. They hardly actually asked me about my resume and experience. Instead, they gave me riddles to solve and asked me personal questions about my life. I tried to steel it back towards professionalism. They said they'd give me a call in a few days telling me whether or not I got the job. I sent a thank you letter to all parties after the interviews. A couple of weeks later I got a call from their outsourced HR rep who told me I had not gotten the job and they were looking for someone with more IT experience. The job posting, however, did not include that you had to have an ample amount of IT experience. Most of the job requirements were based on basic computer usage and Microsoft Office, which I had years in experience with. It was like a glorified receptionist job. I guess they preferred to hire someone of military background for a tax credit. Not sure how that translates to IT experience.
