Typical multiple phone screens, followed by an onsite interview. Variance was an added 'working' interview where you were presented with a task that and then expected to report out by the end of the second day.

Most bizarre aspect of the interview was being told by multiple people that the CEO had in the recent past dropped in on technical staff, had a disagreement with them over a technical issue and fired that person on the spot. Was assured that due to management changes that this no longer occurred.
