      Entrevista

Honestly, this has been one of the best interview experiences I’ve ever had in my career. I didn’t think much of it when I first started the process with SageSure—mainly because the job market has been so tough lately—but everything changed once I started talking to the team. Kayla Wittman, my recruiter, was incredible. Super responsive, always happy to answer my (many) questions, and somehow made the entire process feel easy and stress-free—even when I was being a little selfish with timing. Easily the best recruiter experience I’ve ever had… and the rest of the team was just as great. The hiring manager, the team I interviewed with—everyone was so genuine and supportive. I’m seriously excited to get started. From the very first call to the final offer, every single person I spoke to made this feel different in the best way. To be real, I had another offer and was supposed to start that job the Monday after my final SageSure interview (which I think was on a Thursday or Friday). After my second round at SS, I already had a gut feeling this was the place I wanted to be, and the thought of starting another job while waiting on SS made me uneasy. I didn’t want to look back and regret taking something just because it came first. So during my final interview, I was upfront and said I really needed to know before Monday. I didn’t want to start something just to quit a week or two later. And sure enough—Friday evening, Kayla called me with the offer. I was honestly blown away by how fast they moved and how understanding they were of my situation. That kind of decisiveness is rare in hiring these days, and it made a huge impression on me. I probably bugged them more than I should have with all the follow-ups and reminders, so I was worried I was being annoying, haha. But they were super cool about everything. Once I got the SageSure offer, I let the other company know I couldn’t pass this up, and surprisingly, they understood. All in all, just a really refreshing, human, and positive experience from start to finish.

      Pregunta 1

The interview was super chill, which I honestly prefer. A lot of people don’t do great with tests or those intense problem-solving or hypothetical interviews. I think just having a real conversation is the best way to actually get a feel for the company’s culture, the hiring manager’s style, how the team works together, and overall what the vibe is like. Way too many companies are moving away from that, and I think that’s part of why so many people end up hating their jobs. They ace some technical test but never really get to know the people they’ll be working with or the company they’re supposed to help grow.
