Applied online, received an interview request via email. At the first interview, I answered questions about my skills/work history. I was asked some very basic questions regarding Windows OS/remote troubleshooting. I was invited back for a second interview where they asked about my experience with Active Directory/Ticketing/Etc. I received an offer the same day as my second interview.
