I had a disappointing experience with the interview process. After several rounds and receiving positive feedback from the team, I was told I would be moving to the next stage in an email. However, I was later informed that they had decided to go with another candidate—without giving me the chance to proceed as previously communicated. The sudden change, without explanation or proper follow-up, reflected a lack of transparency and professionalism. It left me questioning how the company values not only candidates but potentially employees as well. The process, while initially encouraging, ultimately did not align with the standards of respectful and honest communication I would expect from an employer.
