Interview with recruiter followed by an interview with Hiring Manager, then a presentation for the AVP, followed by a final in person meeting with the Hiring Manager. My experience with both the hiring Manger and AVP was outstanding, they were great, smart, and competent professionals, My experience with the recruiter was poor, he was pushy and did not seem to communicate accurately to the team.
