I initially was contacted for the role by a recruitment agency. I had 3 interviews in total with Sage employees - one was with direct manager, the second was with team manager and direct manager, the third was a phone discussion with HR. 1.5 hours each interview but they were more like informal discussions. The process was long but not too difficult.
