Was telephone interviewed by recruitment before official interview and was asked about previous experience, motivation in applying ect. Was then asked around salary expectations and offered formal interview via teams or on site if local. Was greeted by 2 hiring managers who put me at ease and asked the questions. Was then contacted back within a week to discuss offering the position, start dates ect. Before I was due to start they called to check in and make sure everything was ready and no remaining questions ect.
