I had a first video recorded interview online that was the first stage for the application process. A second phase in September that consisted of an introduction, a group activity (the task was to decide how to survive on an abandoned island) and give a presentation about yourself (explaining why you want to work in sage, your capabilities and what can Sage offer you), finalising with a 50' interview with average and technical questions.

I was reached out with a link to an online interview. I completed it within the timeframe, and waited to hear back. Then, a couple weeks later, I received the same email with the same link to complete the video interview. I reached out to their HR department and asked if I needed to complete it again, but didn't hear back from them at all. I still completed the interview, and got ghosted. Overall, not a good process with lack of communication.
