This was an assessment centre, involving various activities throughout the day. We were assessed through group discussions, case study and technical tests, presentations and traditional interviews. The day was well-organised and all staff and previously successful graduates were extremely welcoming and friendly! Although assessment centres can be nerve racking and challenging, I thoroughly enjoyed my day and I found it a really unique experience! My positive response on how the day went perfectly reflects my outcome, as I successfully passed and have been offered the role. Very positive day with very positive people, excited to work at Safran.
