Headhunter on non-exclusive contingency convinced me to start process. Positive was after sending CV on wednesday i had Teams talk with hiring manager (?) and another person already next monday . After giving my introduction some unimportant details of my CV were asked. I received fast feedback two days later from Headhunter that my personality might not fit into the team ( whatever this means) and they don’t want to continue the process, which was fully ok with me as I have much better options elsewhere. The feedback was very fast , hence my time is not wasted and good work from the headhunter to accelerate the process as much as possible.
