30 minute behavioral interview over the phone. General customer service questions like how to deal with other colleagues or to handle difficult customers. Was offered the position immediately after the interview

Tell us about a time that you had to deal with a difficult customer ?
It was casual, with only one interviewer. Low pressure, but I did look up common questions they asked before. They asked about my availability and 5-6 questions. They offered different positions to see If I was interested in applying to any of those.

Tell me about a time you faced a challenge at work and how did you react/respond?
Go and provide in person resume otherwise online application not required . I went in person they give me call two weeks later. But they say to join immediately. They provide training after you join.

Conversational, included a few conversations between manager and existing employees on the expectations and hours of the role. Similar to other cashiering roles I interviewed for. Some of the skills they were looking for were interpersonal and ensuring that I could hold a conversation and be good with customers.
