Went into interview and met up with the manager. We sat down for what felt like only ten minutes. She asked me a question about my hours in a way that was super confusing. So, she got frustrated with me and rolled her eyes because she had to keep explaining it properly.
After that she asked weird things like if I understood that seniority gets more hours. Am I okay with less hours and would I be able to pay my bills?
It was just overall rude and I was glad when it was over.
It was casual, with only one interviewer. Low pressure, but I did look up common questions they asked before. They asked about my availability and 5-6 questions. They offered different positions to see If I was interested in applying to any of those.

Go and provide in person resume otherwise online application not required . I went in person they give me call two weeks later. But they say to join immediately. They provide training after you join.

Conversational, included a few conversations between manager and existing employees on the expectations and hours of the role. Similar to other cashiering roles I interviewed for. Some of the skills they were looking for were interpersonal and ensuring that I could hold a conversation and be good with customers.
