In the phone interview, they just asked me basic questions about which programming languages I knew, and which programming languages I was interested in.
In the in-person interview, they basically asked me "what would you do?" questions. Most of them were about how I interact with other team members, and how well I work in groups. There were a lot of corporate lifestyle questions.
