one on one interview, drug test was given on the spot, questionnaire was required. Personal and Professional questions were asked during the one on one interview. Was hired on the spot, and waiting three business days to start work.

Basically, you go in an office to talk with the store director (Abel) and assistant manager (Marco). They will ask you what position you're interested in. If you get an offer and accepted it you will train with the head Home Shopper John.
