Shift manager interviewed in their Starbucks dining area. The questions were easy and mostly based on scenarios. example: Explain a time where you had to get a project done in a short amount of time. If you've had a retail or customer service job before, they'll expect to hear from that.
You'll have paid training, for a day that includes watching about 3-4 hours of Safeway customer

They ask about your hours and questions like if you can work with people in a team or alone, they also are a union and do weekly pay, it’s a easy interview process at least for me
