I actually interviewed with them twice (2 separate applications). I do not think they realized they had already interviewed me previously, but I reapplied. I had a great phone interview. I then had a virtual interview with the store manager both times which also went amazing. The 2nd time, the Manager & I really connected & I just knew I had the position. Surprisingly, I never was offered a position on either occasion. This is a Trainee position. I own my own business & have good tenure with my past 2 employers. I do not understand how you have such a good interview, but you do not hire me for a “Trainee” position. They said I should have received an automated email when I asked for an update after weeks. I never received anything. It makes you feel as if it was something else because I still continue to see the same position posted. The job requirements do not match with what they are looking for in my opinion.

The manger that interviewed me was very welcoming. It felt more like a conversation. He didn't sugarcoat anything he told me both about the good and bad days you could have as a auto glass technician. Overall is was a very smooth process.
