Easy process! Didn't ask for crazy amount of info like 16+ year work history like another position I was applying for. Great benefits after 30 days. HR representative was very nice. I countered for higher wage, than initial offer and salary was increased by 15.5%, more than I was expecting

First I had a phone interview with a recruiter. That was followed by a phone interview with the hiring QA Lead. The 3rd level of contact was an in person interview with the QA Lead and the QA Practice Leader. The staff at Safelite (recruiter, and QA Leads) were very professional and courteous. I enjoyed all my interaction with the staff and I felt the QA Lead did exceptionally well in interviewing me. She asked great questions, was very polite, explained the type of question she was about to ask me. She looked at me in the eye while I was answering the questions she asked. She did not have an papers with her printed from some site telling an interviewer how to ask interview questions. I specifically remember the questions concerning what I expected from a QA Manager and how do I communicate success to a QA manager. While I was ready for any technical or testing questions to be asked of me, I had not prepared for questions regarding what I expected of a QA manager. These were great questions and I should have been prepared to answer. those types of questions. It is a good lesson learned.
