we have required hours that you need to work but to be successful you are going to have to work some extra hours off the clock. are you still interested?

Very quick interview. They hire anyone who doesnt have a criminal record and is over 18. No background is needed at all. Very layed back. No reason to stress about it because surely you will get the job.
