Interview process was easy. If you love working around kids and love to do activities with kids it’s pretty much easy during the interview. All they ask is what makes you want to work around kids what you want the kids to take away at the end of the day being around you. Most likely it’s a plus if you like play games, videos, do arts and craft and have tutor experience. It was a very nice going interview and after that you have to fill out the packet that may take several days to finish or just a day at the place. It’s a hiring packet. Anyway it’s a easy going interview.

Then they ask some questions about your side hobbies like if you game or do any sports activities.

I did the interview during a hiring event over zoom. The interview was over zoom and I only had to wait about ten minutes to be interviewed. The interview itself was straightforward and it was quick and fast. The interview only lasted ten minutes or so.

Entrevista
Very quick and easy through zoom. Minimal questions. They will ask about experience and they usually hire on the spot. At least that was the case for my position. If you’re interviewing for a higher position they make take a while to make a decision.
