The interview process was extremely long and unprofessional, with nearly 7 rounds and a delayed final decision. I was told I was a finalist, only to later learn that the hiring manager wasn’t part of the decision-making committee — which made the feedback even more confusing. The recruiter couldn't tell me what the position paid. Ultimately, I saw no reason to continue, withdrew my application and thought the lack of transparency was incredibly disrespectful.
