FOR FRESHERS : The whole recruitment drive consist of 4 rounds, aptitude, GD, Interview 1, Interview 2. Please note no technical interviews until and unless you make them ask technical questions. I am writing it when i am not a fresher, having almost 1 year of experience. First round was aptitude, consist of Quants, English and LR. cutoff is around 80-85 percentile. Prepare yourself in Quants and English from RS Agrawal and India bix. On first day two rounds get completed if you clear the Apti then, its GD round. I cleared my written and GD round gets started at evening around 5 and the results got declared after one hour on the same day. GD is some thing different from usual,don't expect a topic will be thrown at you and you will be judged.So be prepared but you will be judged on your communication skills, thought process and confidence. If you clear the GD then now its the toughest round at your court i.e. First Interview. I was called on next day and interview got started. I was very nervous and first one to sit onto the hot seat. Not very technical but some sql queries are asked, some puzzles are asked(Rarely). And last but not the least your attitude is judged by them. They want a employ having good and positive attitude.Also it can be a kind of stress interview, Just be yourself, show them what you are, be confident but not overconfident, and again right attitude. Last interview, HR round, mostly interviewer are the senior faculties of the company. Puzzles asked, SQL queries and general HR round questions. Just be positive. ALL THE BEST
