The interview process consisted of two interviews and a case study. The first was an hour-long conversation with two strategists, and the second was an interview with a strategist and designer. After the first interview, I was given a 48 hour case study to complete. I could work on it during any 48 hours of my choosing. Overall, the process was well organized and professional. Everyone I met at SY Partners appeared to be exceptionally lovely people.

Entrevista
3 step process with a one-on-one behavioral interview, a strategy case study and another one-on-one interview to present the case study and explain it. The focus is on your personal journey, your storytelling skills and how "brave" you are in your approach. Everyone at the company is helpful, nice and brilliant at what they do and definitely expect the same from potential candidates. Overall amazing learning experience, in terms of the core competencies of the agency as well as if it is a good fit in your career trajectory.

Entrevista
1- Phone interview with a strategist. This is a typical screening interview.
2- Strategy case. You have 48 hours to submit your case.
3- Two in-person interviews at their office. My first interview was with a Creative Director and a Strategist. The other was with a Strategy Director and a Senior Strategist.

The in-person interviews were clearly meant to see if I was a good cultural fit and if they wanted to work with me so it was not really difficult. I just had to be myself.
