My SYEP experience was really smooth and straightforward. There wasn’t an actual interview process—after applying, I got to attend a job fair where different opportunities were presented. From there, I was able to choose the job that interested me most. It was a great way to explore options and gain work experience without the pressure of a traditional interview.
