1. Their Interview Process is pretty messed up and they would like to waste 10 hr of the candidate and considered these "Important steps of Evaluation". 2. I have given more than 70 interviews in my life and almost taken the same as well but after giving an interview in swym I felt the first time that this company waste my time and efforts. 3. Most of the People in the panel were very rude and almost not helpful. 4. I especially recommend, dont waste time interviewing with swym.
