Always accepting applications require a basic knowledge test to be completed upon submission of application. They interview as many people as possible, really care about the people they bring aboard and do not hire arbitrarily. I was interviewed by the store owner, manager and assistant manager (at same interview). The structure was casual, the types of questioned I was asked seemed to be getting at my work ethic, my ability to interact with customers and the other employees, my willingness to learn about the product we sell and my disposition in general. I was contacted within a few days after my interview.
