The selection process consists of multiple steps. First there's an interview with HR and this is then followed by an interview with the hiring manager. During the interviews there's plenty of room for interaction.

General questions about skills and aptitudes. There was also plenty of room to ask questions to the interviewer. In my case this was where I concluded that it wouldn't have been the right next step for me.
