Three interviews: one HR screen, one with hiring manager, one with the team. The people at the interviews were all very nice. BUT! The company lied to me about visa sponsorship. I was promised with visa sponsorship -- in fact it has been something that the company was really proud of that they have sponsored many international employees in the past. However, after 4 weeks and multiple hours of preparing for the interviews and interviewing with multiple people and teams, the company called me and said because of Presidential Election and the company's political stance, they refuse to hire anyone who needs visa sponsorship from now on. They wasted my time, my effort to prepare for the interviews, and my hope to relocate and get a job. Not only the way they deliver the message was rude and racist, the final decision was made only 24 hours after I received the verbal offer. The insane amount of racism and sexism, and xenophobia is showing everywhere in SWBC. I am just glad I found out this place is not an ideal place to work before I had to move to SA, TX. Folks, if you are looking for a job but want to work for an inclusive and racism free place, DO NOT interview here.
