Simple direct questions with Sales Associates and current Service Representative. Normal questions about Skills, work history, & previous pay from other Employers. Education questions were also normal. Seemed very interested in the importance of Work Life and Family life.
When I were there, we got a lot of incentives such as yearly bonuses around Christmas, which equal one full paycheck. We also got discounts to basketball and hockey games of teams that the company sponsor.

2 assessment modules (Customer service and process/typing test) prior to 1 on 1 face interview. An application to fill out. One on one face interview with supervisor or manager. Saw the recruitment team.

Very easy but time consuming. Very positive and helpful people doing the interview process. Took awhile for all the process to get approved and completed before I was hired.
