Entrevista
I was invited to the recruitment process by a recruiter through LinkedIn. The process started with a technical interview (skills check), based on the tasks to be done. All the questions and tasks were correlated with development (programming). This technical interview lasted around 1,5h. In a few days I was invited to the second interview - "a soft one". Second interview was based on CV, my experience, working preferences and language skills.

The interview process was good, I got the feedback quite quick, I also got the information what I am lacking in my skill and should be improved. Overall it was a good experience.
