I had 3 interviews, 1st with HR, nothing special. Second with the technical manager and the last one with the team leader of the division for final decision and money.

Basic behavioral interview, why do I want to join STRABAG, why I am leaving my present company. They asked about my education and requested my transcripts.
Applied online, standard application process. Did not hear back for upto 6 weeks, but then selected for an interview in the coming days. Interview focused on my relevant experience that was important for the role.
