more just getting to know you than anything else, i guess to make sure you are ok to work with as there were no real requirements for the role I interviewed for.
Informal interviews focused on candidate personality and competence, experience was not an issue as they train you.

Lasted 20-30 minutes, availability and holidays discussed putting me at ease and expected hours were explained to promote a fair working environment
