Overall it was easy and I got the job. I had applied for the job, had one interview with a regional manager, and then had an interview with a few center managers. I finally found a place to work after a few interviews.

Applied on their website -> scheduled a recruiter interview and it lasted 60 seconds-> director interview with 2 people -> peer panel interview -> offer or no offer. A pretty simple easy process.
Phone screening with Human Resources followed by virtual interview with hiring manager. This was followed by in person tour of clinic and secondary interview with manager and other clinic manager, was offered job on the spot.
